Our practises are born out of traditional yoga, meditation and relaxation techniques, and use modern research-based methods proven to reduce depression, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, PTSD and chemical dependency. We work with anyone from those looking to find a general sense of harmony in their life to people seeking relief from a specific condition. We also train yoga teachers and therapists wanting to broaden their skills base.We deliver regular yoga classes in Oxford, iRest Yoga Nidra training in the UK, yoga retreats and workshops across Europe as well as private yoga classes (including hatha yoga, yoga nidra, yoga therapy, trauma release, breathing, and meditation).
