We equally recognise that Australian Defence Force members are presented with exceptional occupational stressors, which can be particularly detrimental to their lives, and the lives of their families, following their service to Australia.In careful consideration of Veterans and their families' experiences, we believe that their health needs differ from the general population, and we aim to address this through our tailored services.Resurge Health holds the view that healthy individuals are equipped with a pool of mental and physical resources that can be drawn upon at any given time to adequately perform. When healthy individuals regularly draw upon these resources without sufficient relief, they become depleted and the individual may develop an injury.With this view we encourage injured members to take an active role in their recovery and resurge their mental and physical resources to promote optimal health and wellbeing.
