Reviewmylandlord aims to improve upon the word of mouth method of gathering information on an apartment or rental by capturing rich, crowd-sourced reviews and making them available to the larger community.Our goal is to break the cycle where tenant after tenant has the same bad experience in the same building, unable to learn from those who lived there before. By gathering fair honest reviews from existing tenants, we are able to eliminate the information disadvantage currently plaguing apartment seekers. Landlords and property managers also are able to respond to tenant concerns and better manage their reputations, with good landlords no longer held hostage by the bad ones. Phase II of our project is to expand landlord services to allow more interaction with their current tenants and better management of their properties.
