Established in 2004, SOAR Communications is a strategic marketing communications agency focused on the Sports, Outdoor, Athletics and Recreation industries, thus the moniker SOAR. The agency offers its clients a variety of services including public relations, social media campaigns, event management, advertising; collateral development, database marketing, graphic/web design, public/media relations, and sales support programs. Currently SOAR consists of President and Owner Chip Smith, Account Executive Julie Kelly, and Beth Cochran of What's Up PR, who we partner with on special projects, and freelancers when needed.
