Sisters In Christ is a local non-profit 501c3 agency that is working in the community providing Transitional Living for Women. The women who walk through our doors can choose to take the opportunities to make great changes in their lives. We currently have two houses open and working on a training center. Carolyn's House of Faith and Serenity House provides safe and stable housing through sober and self-sufficient living for our ladies struggling with addiction and homelessness by changing the environment that so many of us wake up finding ourselves believing that recovery is impossible and drugs, alcohol and other risky options may seem to be the best way out. Our training facility will provide hope and an opportunity to reinvent the future. Research has documented the critical role that recovery residences play in the recovery process and indicates that the longer a person remains in a recovery environment, the greater the chance of long-term sobriety, increased financial well-being and overall stability.
