The organization operates on an annual budget primarily funded through individual, corporate, civic and foundation dollars that make up more than 98% of the annual operating budget.In addition to providing training and competition to over 25,000 athletes through traditional programming, school-based sports, Young Athletes and Unified Sports, Special Olympics New Jersey provides leadership programs and a comprehensive Healthy Athlete program that provides free screenings in six disciplines.
