Travecc is the name of my company in which I serve to deliver professional services in Interim (Procurement) Management. During my work I use a lot of Personal Coaching to build and/or repair (procurement) teams. External Confidential Councelling complete my activities within Travecc.As self employed I will always centralize people, as I strongly believe they always make the difference. I embrace their uniqueness and diversity in order to build strong teams, capable of bringing tangible results. I believe that giving trust is the soil to grow. My personal drive to lead people is based on years of leadership experience and follows the Neuro-Semantic approach. In which I learned that every behaviour is logic, and people make the best choices given the circumstance. I try to accept the 'perceived imperfections' anyone has and separate person from behaviour. With those principles I motivate people to come in wholeness.
