Technically Speaking is a pediatric speech therapy private practice serving Massachusetts families. In-home, community based, and virtual speech & language services for individuals aged 18 months and older. Services include speech and language therapy, evaluations, insurance-funded AAC evaluations, speech-generating device set up and programming, academic evaluations, parent trainings, and communication coaching. Owner and operating speech-language pathologist, Julie Mello, offers a variety of parent-friendly workshops and training sessions about how to successfully use and implement communication devices in the home setting. She strives to provide the highest caliber of quality services by integrating a variety of the most current evidence-based methodologies and approaches into her practice. Insurance and private pay accepted. MassHealth is not accepted. Insurance funded services must meet determination for medical necessity and does not include academic support (e.g. IEP development, school team meetings). Academic advocacy services, IEP development, and other educational services are available for self-pay.
