The Bond Project partners with businesses throughout San Diego to provide on-site child care for a fraction of the cost of traditional programs. We turn the traditional on-site child care model inside out by removing the need for a facility to be installed at our clients' office locations. Instead, we temporarily host their employee at our facility where they will work remotely, just steps away from their new baby. By combining private office space with quality child care, our clients' employees are able to enjoy an easier transition back to work after parental leave.
