Saral Sharma, holds a degree in Law and Commerce, currently he practices as an Independent Counsel. . He is also a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).Saral Sharma has been in practice for more than 8 years and has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration. He represents wide range of clients including individuals and corporates before various judicial fora in Supreme Court, High Court, District Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal etc. He has been actively advising clients in the area of Corporate – Commercial Disputes, Personal Laws, Insolvency Laws, Criminal Law and Constitutional Law. Saral is guest speaker at various academic conferences and has been a visiting faculty in different Chapters of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
