We are a preventative service that has a physical presence across every neighbourhood in Plymouth. We support over 1650 people over the age of 50 and champion their continued independent living in their own home but we are not a provider of domiciliary or enabling support.We deliver over 90 innovative health and social engagement activities and are supported by 170 volunteers, many of whom engage with our most vulnerable, frail and socially isolated beneficiaries in their homes. We also support over 200 people who have MCI or dementia related illness.
