The English-Speaking Union Mauritius is the Mauritian branch of the ESU.org (international charity founded in 1918, now spread across more than 60 countries). The ESU is a unique educational charity and membership organisation dedicated to helping people realise their potential through giving them the skills and confidence in communication to articulate their ideas and share them with others. We promote "international understanding and friendship through the use of the English language", and debating and public speaking culture.
