The Flower of Life Association is an NGO with the fundamental objective 'To promote healthy, conscious, ethical living, at service to local communities'. To begin with this is the community of West Lausanne: St. Sulpice, Préverenges, Ecublens, Denges & Lonay.It's about coming back to the sense of community & belonging we've lost with the drop in religion & the rise of the internet & globalisation. It's about being a part of something again, that's more than our workplace. It's about a community that cares for each other & the environment in which we exist. t's about planting those small acts of kindness & witnessing a whole world of change. What you think, say & do is defining your reality & that of those you subject to it. Let's create a reality filled with surprising acts of generosity, service & care. How can we help with that?- By first training your body with yoga, you'll detox your organs, bring vitality & flexibility back into your body & create space in your mind to manifest a harmonious life. - By training your mind with life coaching, we will remove the old programs that are holding you back & give you clarity on what it is you want to be, & how to express it, so that your life has more meaning. - By coaching you how to eat well, you will look & feel great, helping you to love yourself deeply, which is the source of wellbeing.We look forward to creating with you ! The associations activities are funded by a portfolio of not-for-profit commercial entities that promote mental & physical health in addition to a sense of belonging (as per 'Maslow's hierarchy of needs').
