London currently receives the highest amount of foreign investment, receiving around 45% of all worldwide foreign investment, which compares to 14% in New York. This is therefore accelerating market growth and pushing up property prices, placing high demand on premium priced properties. We renovate properties to sell into this market, achieving top dollar.
