At The Mustard Seed, our mission is to alleviate poverty and homelessness through acceptance, empowerment and practical solutions. We provide a safe and supportive haven where people can have their physical needs met, and also begin to heal and grow mentally, emotionally and spiritually.We do what we do because there are many people in great need of support, compassion and assistance in their desire for a better life, and we believe we have a calling to help those in need.How do we do it?We support the whole person; physically, through basic needs like food, shelter and clothing; emotionally, through counselling and relationships; financially, through income support programs (employment and government); and spiritually, through counselling and prayer support.
