The Systemic Collective came into being as a result of the Systems Dynamics and Organisational Constellations Training provided by Sarah Cornally. During the training there were Practice Days and all the trainees took advantage of this and invested their time and energy to practice and apply the work. After the training they continued this discipline of practicing, sharing and advancing the application of the work. The Systemic Collective was formed in the process of preparing a Case Studies book for us all to share examples of the application of systemic work. Our purpose is to advance the awareness and application of system intelligence in Australian businesses and organisations for the benefit of our society. We will continue to practice, share and advance the application of systemic work.
