Toastmasters International is a non-profit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs. Toastmasters Mechelen is being started as a club of Toastmaster International in 2021.The mission of the club is to provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop communication and leadership skills, resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth. The envisioned future is to be the first-choice provider of dynamic, high-value, experiential communication and leadership skills development.The club is open to all, independently of nationality or professional background. The club is bi-lingual and allows members to give speeches both in English and Dutch.Club meetings are on 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month.
