TMC was formed in Taiwan in 1991, and moved to Canada in 1998. TMC's principal officer, Greg Bissky, lived in Chinese Asia for 14 years (1985-1998), traveling and working throughout the region. Greg Bissky has been employed by the Government of Switzerland (OSEC) since 1996 to provide training and consulting to Swiss exporters, importers and managers in Chinese Asia, and is their in-house China expert on working with the Chinese. TMC has a proven track record leading major performance improvement projects throughout Chinese Asia, leading Chinese teams in reengineering, quality management and introducing performance management systems and procedures into Chinese offices. Greg Bissky has taught the "How (NOT) to Go Broke in Chinese Asia" 1-day workshop to business groups and firms in China, Taiwan, Europe and N. America, and the companion "Logical Thinking and Communication" 3-day workshop to Chinese groups in Taiwan and China.
