With doors opened in February 2013, Trini Trini Café continues to boast a variety of rich and sumptuous cuisine. We daily welcome into Port of Spain, scores of hungry commuters for breakfast from as early as 5am.All are welcome to try our traditional sada roti, roast bake, and fried bakes with any vegetable or meat side our imaginations can muster, or, dig into our hot savory potato fried pies with the option of adding extra meat or vegetables to it.Our vast menu which is prepared fresh in an open modern kitchen includes sides such as curried bhodi (string beans) and curried channa(chick peas), fried ochro, fried carailli (gourds), fried aloo(potato), fried fish, fried chicken, pumpkin choka, tomato choka, dasheen bush bhagi, spinach bhagi, patchoi bhagi, curry-stewed chicken liver and gizzard, stewed chicken, pork, curried goat, ham, black pudding, sausages, eggs (plain or with ham) with tasty pepper sauce, tamarind sauce and so much more. (It is indeed a sight to see someone walk in and not know what to order with their bakes because it all looks sooo good!)We just love hearing our customers say "This reminds me of the food my mother used to make".
