* Engages in wholistic, interdisciplinary approach to problem-solving and crisis management to evaluate and lead values-driven decision-making and resolution with an understanding of the legal, financial, and relationship/human implications and consequences. * Provides outside counsel, coaching, and consulting to faith-based organizations and constituents/members to navigate times of transition, crisis, and conflict.* Aids clients in understanding investigations, conflicts, and changes in law and regulations, and changing cultural standards, to make informed decisions upholding their values and constituent needs.* Engages in independent investigations and reporting to address claims of fraud or misconduct to help organization respond appropriately and with accountability.* Resolves disputes through independent and objective mediation, negotiation, and other conflict resolution services.* Develops and revises client agreements, policies, and statements to align with and satisfy organizational and constituent needs.* Trains and educates clients on legal, mental health, and social justice related topics, including such topics as secondary trauma, understanding foster care and DCF, and employment law.
