He realized how the fruits and vegetables we grow for our families were being robbed of their taste, nutritional value, and natural goodness. In addition to all the synthetic-based fertilizers, a myriad of new products entering the market claimed to be ‘natural and organic,' but weren't. The organics industry lacked standards – and so did the products upon which our soil fertility depends. Jake decided to set up True Organic Products, Inc to serve agricultural organic produce growers with the safest, easiest to use, organic fertilizer.After having become the worldwide leader in organic fertilizer over their 17 years in the agricultural industry, Jake and the team saw the opportunity to create a new line of plant foods and soils for the home gardener based on a surprisingly simple idea, one that's embodied in the name: True Organic. In fact, we're the first plant food manufacturer to obtain ISO 22000 certification, which means we have a food safety management system in place to help produce a safer plant food to grow your food with.
