WEH (Wellbeing, Education & Health) Fitness is a business dedicated to promoting good health practices for all.We provide Yoga and Pilates (Yogalates) classes for Mixed Ability Groups, Pregnant Women, Mother and Baby Sessions and people recovering from pain and injury. We also deliver bespoke and private classes on request.We teach a Child Development Programme called YOGARAMA in schools and nurseries. It's new, it's a combination of Yoga and Drama and it's lots of fun!We also promote and sell a range of wellbeing products from the the worlds leading supplier of Aloe Vera and Bee Hive Products.
