Our business was founded out of a personal desire to improve our health. In 2011, I was over 250 pounds and my doctor was going to start me on drug therapy for high cholesterol. She was diabetic and taking 80 units of insulin, daily, via a pump. I was fearful that she would become very ill. We both started the program and I lost 80 pounds and she lost 100. Better still, she takes no more medications and the C-PAP and the insulin pump are in a box in our closet. When offered the opportunity to become health coaches, jumped at the chance to pay back what we have received.
