-We are the regional training leader for corporate and community training needs in Tennessee. We serve the 5 county region of Bradley, McMinn, Meigs, Polk, and Monroe. -Customized corporate training and our Assessment Center are offered to company leaders that continually improve their operations through investing in their current employees in training and development. -We staff project coordinators, experienced technical and industrial trainers, and subject matter experts (SME) in the areas of business and manufacturing. The staff is trained to assess and develop workforce solutions that are customized to serve all industries in our region. -We utilize the best local trainers that have been vetted to have strong industry experience, classroom experience, and share the schools desire to give back to our community in a meaningful way.-We partner with local schools and county leadership to provide a pipeline of offerings that are in line with current industry and new businesses in the area.
