incluSHEive is an initiative to advocate for the holistic, integrative health and rights of girls and women in Nepal.Women's health differs from that of men in many unique ways. These differences are further exacerbated in developing countries like Nepal where women, whose health includes both their risks and experiences, are further disadvantaged. The health and wellness of women and girls is of particular concern because, in many societies, they are disadvantaged by discrimination rooted in sociocultural factors.Access to factual information on health and well-being is crucial to the bodily health and bodily integrity of women and girls. Through incluSHEive, we aim to leverage the power of digital media to educate, support, and advocate for girls/women so that they are empowered to make informed decisions concerning their health. Our mission is to empower girls/women to be their own best health and wellness advocates and to ensure a world where they have full autonomy over their bodies, lives, and choices. Our vision is to foster a culture that encompasses its commitment to gender equality and the adoption of good practices, positive attitudes and inclusion.
