• Controlling the activities of Front Desk, Reservations, Cashiers, Travel Desk...• Maintaining close working relationship with all departments to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.• Analyzing and presenting the monthly financial results of the department.• Analyzing and investigating the guest comments and complaints.• Making Bill of all guests.
