They paid for & obtained the entire land etching themselves as the first housing estate in Pakistan to have a clear land title before even going public.December 2004, THE RECORD BREAKING MOUFor the development of the housing infrastructure, these visionaries signed on with the CSCEC (China State Construction Engineering Corporation) who would go on to set the record of completing this housing estate in the record breaking period of less than a year & a half.April 2005, THE FOUNDATION STONESUKH CHAYN GARDENS is the only housing estate in Pakistan that was designed and developed in collaboration with Peoples Republic of China. Hence, rightfully so, the unveiling of the foundation stone took place in April the following year that was graciously officiated by the, then Prime Ministers of Pakistan & China.December 2006, COMPLETION OF INFRASTRUCTUREBy the end of 2006, Sukh Chayn Gardens was complete in all aspects.
