TogoAccueil has developed a web platform which is a network for facilitating meetings and exchanges between / with other tourists who come to us.Our project in Togo aims firstly to make tourism a sector that generates "net benefits" for the poor, benefits which can be economic, but also social, environmental or cultural. Second, encourage local communities to own and operate tourism facilities in order to generate collective income.1- An e-shop: Provide tour operators with information on local culture and society, information which they will in turn pass on to their guests (in the form of a booklet for example); the sale or exhibition of local cultural products online (photos and prices); Design innovative products for tourists, while preserving cultural originality. For example, the woodcarvers of South Africa carve wooden Land Rovers for tourists who travel in 4x4 2- Food tech: Bringing local culture into the ads through local gastronomy (for example region)3- Training workshops : Sensitize the local community to the importance of preserving social and cultural diversity through audio and visual meetings; A better understanding of the tourism sector in general, the links that can be forged between local populations and the tourism sector, as well as the potential costs and benefits; finally, show local populations how they can intervene in supply chains as well as the means to develop them, while promoting sustainable practices from a social and environmental standpoint.
