We engage respected professional market research companies, Qualtrics, Colmar Brunton and I-view (owned by Ipsos), to ask consumers about their personal brand experiences. With a strong focus on product and service excellence, our aim is to act as the real voice of the consumer (based on quantitative research). Recently we have expanded to offering consumers free online comparison of Electricity and Telco plans.
