Our group of ladies Manually Clean & Sun-dry the crops/grains. we do not use any chemicals for cleaning/storing.3. We do Hand Roasting in Small Batches in Iron vessel. It enhances aroma and flavour. 4. We use Stone Grinding (chakki), we produce only 1kg in an hour. Hence all nutrients are retained. It has high fiber content and all minerals & vitamins are retained. 5. To produce rice we use Hand Pounding Method. It also produce only about a kg in an hour. It has high fiber content and all minerals & vitamins are retained.All products are hand made and we do not use any machines or any chemicals in preparing food.
