CT Wilson Construction Company is a third-generation, family-owned commercial general contractor located in Durham, North Carolina. Charles T. Wilson, Sr. organized C.T. Wilson Construction in 1952 to perform preconstruction and construction management services in Durham and the surrounding area. Charles "Chuck" T. Wilson, Jr., joined his father in 1969 after serving in the United States Navy and completing his master's degree in Civil Engineering at NC State University. Charles "Charlie" T. Wilson, III, worked for a General Contractor in Austin, Texas after completing his master's degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. Charlie joined the family business in 1997, becoming majority owner and President in 2016. In 2017, C.T. Wilson opened a satellite office in Greensboro, NC. The company now employs over eighty people in positions ranging from management to on-site skilled laborers, allowing for versatility in project execution. C.T. Wilson pursues new construction projects and renovations, specializing in complex renovations in occupied facilities. Areas of expertise include historic renovations, healthcare, labs, K-12 education, higher education, mixed-use developments, office space, retail, restaurants, recreational, HUD housing, senior living, and religious facilities.
