Taungana is a movement that empowers rural African high school girls with the opportunity to access and explore the world of Science, Technology, Engineering, Entrepreneurship & Math (STEM).Taungana believes in a generation of African girls that change their lives and contribute to sustainable development through science, technology, engineering, entrepreneurship and mathematics - STEM. The movement is creating a supportive ecosystem of diverse partners, including the rural communities, that serves to encourage female student engagement in STEM beyond ‘one time' events.
